Parents and children are facing anxious times these days. Children are learning and summering at home, parents are working at home, and some are working on job sites, struggling to find childcare. A number of parents have the additional stress of unemployment. We are constantly reminded of Covid-19 as we see masks on friends, store employees, other shoppers, or maybe we’re feeling more anxiety when we see people who are not wearing masks and ignoring social distancing. Children can’t help but feel the anxiety in these uncertain times – compounding the anxiety they live with every day.
